Terms and Conditions
The agreement between the client and the graphics design company outlining the scope of work, payment terms, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and procedures for revisions and termination.
- Scope and Revisions:
- The client agrees to provide a detailed project brief. The design company will deliver a specified number of design revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Payment and Timeline:
- A non-refundable deposit initiates the project. Full payment is due upon final design approval. Timelines are agreed upon mutually, and late payments may incur additional fees.
- Intellectual Property:
- Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final designs. The design company retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios.
- Confidentiality and Termination:
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Either party may terminate services for breaches. Termination may result in fees based on completed work.
By engaging with the graphics design company, the client accepts and adheres to these terms and conditions.
Return and Refund Policy
Our graphics design services are non-refundable once the project is initiated. In the event of dissatisfaction, clients may request revisions within the agreed-upon scope. Refunds are not applicable post-project approval. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and revisions during the design process.
